I drew this while struggling a while ago. It is based on the Asian philosophy that a cracked pot holds more value because it has weathered some struggle. This was done at a low point and I am no longer feeling suicidal. I am safe even though yesterday was a struggle.
My name is Wendy L. I'm a 50 year old social worker from West Michigan who is on the path to recovery after being diagnosed with Bipolar 1 Disorder and PTSD and in recovery for an eating disorder.
